It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma S. Gilster of Reed City, Michigan, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Thawley and Floyd Thawley (Morris); and her siblings, George Robert Thawley and Esther Thawley. She is survived by: her husband Reginald Gilster; her son Samuel Gilster of Reed City; her brother Arthur Lee Thawley (Catherine) of Felton, Delaware; and her sister-in-law Beulah Thawley of Salisbury. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
