He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Simko and Debbie Greenfield; his stepmother Robin; his grandfather Bill; and his aunt Diana.
He is survived by: his children, Josh (Sue) and Brielle Simko; his siblings, Matthew Simko and Aulbrea Lockwood (Fredrick); his nieces and nephews, Mark, Pippa, Breana, Keagen, Zimmie and Fredrick Jr.; his grandmother Carol Greenfield; his stepmother Karen Logan; and his uncle Mark. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
