Gerald Ray McQuestion Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Ray McQuestion (Reed City, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood J. McQuestion and Ella Mamie McQuestion; and his brother Richard "Dick" McQuestion. He is survived by: his wife Lana June McQuestion; his children, Joni Reece (Randy) and Jess McQuestion; his grandchildren, Linnea LaFountain (Linc), Jamie Koetje (Charley), Jarrod Holmes (Katrina Small), Jennifer Reece and Jeanene Reece (Kristian Mozden); his great grandchildren, Jaden Draper (Hunter Brahman), Jazmine Draper, Jolynn Bode, Josalin, Jayla LaFountain, Lachlan, Sutton, Creighton Koetje, Kennedy Desjardins, Jackson, Kyra, Jaeci Holmes and Mackenzie Speaks; his great great grandchild Brady Brahman; and his brothers, Doug McQuestion (Connie), Steve McQuestion (Joyce) and Robert Alan McQuestion (Renee).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pruitt-Livingston Funeral Home (225 W Upton Ave, Reed City, MI 49677). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the ALS Foundation in honor of Jerry and to further research Lou Gehrig's disease.
