Trullinger (Trisha) of Kentucky and Kendra Smith (Paul) of Louisiana; and her great grandchildren, Darrin Halladay, Gavin Trullinger of Reed City, Jared Trullinger, MaKenna Owens of Kentucky and Blake Smith of Louisiana.
