She was predeceased by: her father William G. Greenfield; and her siblings, Debbie Sue Greenfield and Mark Alan Greenfield. She is survived by: her mother Carol J. Greenfield (Booe) of Reed City; her sisters, Katherine Hawkins of Chippewa Lake, Brenda Lee Reedy (Roland) of Reed City and Cindy Ruppert of Reed City; her stepdaughters, Vanessa Dyer of Big Rapids, Anna Booher of Big Rapids and Chelsey Booher of Big Rapids; and her close friend Chris Bentley. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; 22 great nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Diana's name may be given to her family.
