He is survived by: his wife Connie Delyla Shoemaker (Johns); his children, Korrena TerLaan (Bernie), Trudy Frye (Shane), Ken Shoemaker (Dawn), Kevin Shoemaker, Kolin Shoemaker (Stefanie) and David Cascadden (Valeria); and his siblings, Candy Derevage, Darlynn Shoemaker (Carol), Kelly Shoemaker (Shirley) and Cathy Kearn (Alan). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Project Starburst in Big Rapids.
