He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Perry F Herring, Sr. and Tressa P Herring (Rogers); his wife Treva Francis Spaugh; his children, Michelle, Kimberly Navidi and Kevin Herring; his grandchildren, Christopher Navidi (Alyssa), Yasaman Michelle Navidi Salyers (Chris), Devon Herring and Joseph Buffa Herring; his siblings, Deloris "Lorty" Wood, Larry Herring and Sharon Marcellus; and his siblings-in-law, Gene "Bud" Spaugh, Vickie Coon (Seth) and Jeanette Wollert. He was also cherished by his four grandchildren, large extended family, and friends.
