He is survived by: his wife Linda; his child Michele Pendleton (Steve) of Canton; his stepchildren, Richard and Tracy Henderson; his grandchildren, Ashley and Kaylee; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsea, Nick, Justin, India, Nicole and Sara; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Braelynn and Iyonna; and his sisters, Rose Fisher of Kentucky, Reitha Akers (Paul) of Kentucky, Betty Boyd (Bob) of Kentucky, Debbie Fitch of Kentucky and Margaret Whitt (Dale) of Kentucky.
In lieu of customary tributes, memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of choice.
