She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cozzo and Jessie Cozzo; her husband Frank Kubera Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph, Robert and Angeline.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry (Lorena) of Texas, Tim of Michigan and Pat (Vicki) of Michigan; her grandchildren, Nicole, Brandon, Madison, Mitchell and Michael; her siblings, Katherine Wilsher (Ken) and John Cozzo; and her sister-in-law Katharina Cozzo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
