He is survived by: his mother Jessica Fairbanks; his stepfather Jason Campbell; his father Michael Catania; his siblings, Austen, Tara and Marissa; his grandparents, John, Cheryl, Gordon, Beverly, Reno and Diane; his great-grandparent Bernie Stratz; and his uncles, Gordon and Bryan. He is also survived by sister, your children will forever remain my nieces and nephews.
