He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sulek and Violet Sulek (Raickovich); and his siblings, Michael and Mary Joan "Butchie" (late Paul Sturr Sr.). He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Sulek and Julie Hughes (Joseph); his siblings, John David "Dave" Sulek (Mary Ann), Joseph Sulek (Beverly) and Patricia "Patty" Sulek Holstein (late Charles Holstein); and his granddaughters, Madison and Kylie Hughes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles Step Funeral Home and Cremation Services (18425 Beech Daly, Redford Charter Twp, MI 48240). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Brady Effect in honor of Jerry's memory.
