It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Peter Cassi of Redford, Michigan, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Cassa and Zarifa Cassa; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cassi; and his children, Christopher and Lisa. He is also survived by his Wife, Brother, Children and Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Valentine's Church (14841 Beech Daly, Redford Charter Twp, MI 48239).
