He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCulloch and Lillian McCulloch. He is survived by: his wife Paula McCulloch; his children, Ian McCulloch (Michelle) and Jodi McCulloch; his grandchildren, Evan Reed, Paige Ellen McCulloch, Audrey Grace and Elyse Roberts of Georgia; his siblings, Shirley Durak (Walter) and Charles McCulloch (Celia); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Fatt (Michael) and Jerry Solomon (Diane Royer). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
