He was predeceased by: his wife Angela; his parents, Hugo Herbeck and Aurora Herbeck; his children, Mary and Frederick Herbeck; and his siblings, Hilda and Julian Herbeck.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Pastucha (Roosevelt), Bettie Hughes (Thomas), Daniel Herbeck III (Cindy), Kurt Herbeck (Maria), Patricia Bonds (Bryan) and Gilbert Herbeck (Yvonne); and his siblings, Hugo Herbeck and Aurora Moore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
