She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Farrell (late Paul) and Theodore L. Miedlar (Patricia); her grandchildren, Cathy Farrell, Michael Farrell (Rachel) and Cortney Hollis (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Paige Hollis, John Farrell, Maggie Farrell and Alexandra Hollis.
