She was predeceased by: her mother Jeri Stevens Kosis. She is survived by: her father Albert Kosis; her son Andrew Anthony Kosis; her siblings, Amber Priest (Seth), Alicia Castaneira (Raul) and Albert Kosis; her grandparents, Johanna Dulin (late Albert Kosis), Joseph Stevens and Patricia Mcnair; and also Antoinette Pellegrino. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the wishes of the family in caring for her son Andrew.
