He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Lantz; and his brothers, Eric Lantz and Chuck Trisdale. He is survived by: his father Paul Lantz; his siblings, Paul Lantz (Rosangela), Alison Dillon, April Wlash (Jeff), Jason Lantz (Donna), Lisa Lantz, Ann Holzhaus and Perry Trisdale; and his nieces and nephews, Paul Alfredo, Lucas, Karis, Megan, Vanessa, Nathan (Michelle), Jordan, Brady, Madison and Reagan.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Lutheran Church of the Cross in Hanover, Massachusetts.
