With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma J. Rutz of Reading, Michigan, born in Hillsdale, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Tittle and Freda Tittle (Van Dusen); her husband Warren Rutz; her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Ricketts; her siblings, Loretta Dutcher, Valeria Smith, Lyal and Robert Tittle; and her close friend Norman Green.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Aemisegger of Hillsdale; her grandchildren, Crystal Page and Matthew Avra; and her great grandchildren, Maya, Karly Page and Alivia Avra.
