She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Barnhart and Ora Barnhart (Eberly); her husband Frank Chester; and her siblings, Pauline Beard and Martin "Barney" Barnhart.
She is survived by: her children, Lin Sang, Ann Kennedy of Jonesville and Joe Chester (Elaine) of Talbott, TN; her grandsons, Raymond Kennedy, Jr. of Jackson and Tim Kennedy (Erika) of Los Angeles, CA; her great grandchild Mia Kennedy; and her sister Lilah Rubel.
