He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Betty Smith (Newton). He is survived by: his wife Tara (Britton); his children, Steven Smith (Caitlyn) of Manchester and Brittany Brennan (Drew) of Swanton, Ohio; his sisters, Carol AlQattan (Abbas) of Kuwait and Karen Smith of Battle Creek; and his grandchildren, Payton, Camdyn and Aryana Brennan.
