He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Trotter); his siblings, Janet Cook, Dorothy Tearney and Lewis Dean Cook; and his brother-in-law Edward Tearney.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Kay Rehkopf (Paul) of Montpelier, Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
