He is survived by: his parents, Steve Midtgard (Shannon) and Cathy Lennard; his children, Karlie Midtgard of Reading, MI and Hunter Midtgard of Coldwater, MI; the parent of his children Chris Blythe; his wife Gina Newton-Midtgard; and his daughters, Paige Newton of Coldwater and Kourtney Newton of Reading, MI..
A youth hunting memorial fund is being established in Aaron's memory to encourage future hunters to find their passion in the woods. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Aaron Midtgard Memorial Fund at Southern Michigan Bank.
