He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Rapp and Theresa Rapp (Fella); his wife Cynthia A. Kerr; his son Richard H. Rapp, II; his grandson Cody Michael Pagan; and his brother Norbert.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Pagan of Ray Twp; his daughter-in-law Caroline Rapp of Ray Twp; his grandchildren, Jessica Pagan and Daniel Rapp; and his sister-in-law Karen Rapp.
