He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Metz and Alice Metz (Ramin); his wife Margaret Werderman; his children, Barbara and Roger; and his sister Marian Monty.
He is survived by: his son Dale Metz (Melissa) of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Tim (Lisa) of Ray Twp, Bob (Tracey) of Ray Twp and Carrie Rush (Adam) of Richmond Twp. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
