He is survived by: his wife Gayle Marie Chapman (Socha); his daughter Mary Ann Chapman; his grandchildren, Christopher, Brian and Brittany; his siblings, Chris Chapman, Carrin Coppage, Jerry Chapman (Colleen) and Tom Chapman; and his mothers-in-law, Terri Socha and Linda Bartsch (Richard). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
