He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Bazzett and Dorothy Bazzett (Beach). He is survived by: his sons, Scott Bazzett of Newaygo and Chad Bazzett of Muskegon; his stepson Keith Foy of Dublin, Ireland; his daughter Shealagh Bazzett of Ravenna; his siblings, Brad Bazzett (Carol) and Deb Hall (Doug); and his friend Lucia Ashe.
