He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Amber Johnson of Ravenna and Dustin Holmgren (Kate) of Grant; his grandchildren, Natalie, Hunter Holmgren, Harley and Jaylynn Johnson; his siblings, Richard "Dave" Holmgren (Melitta) of Texas, Mark Holmgren (Rachel) of Florida, Dale Stream (Pat) of Florida, Vicki Rosel (Martin) of Ravenna, Michelle Carroll (Pat) of Florida, Kyle Crawford of Muskegon and Kris Ehrlinger (Randy) of Indiana; his stepmother Marilyn Holmgren of Florida; and his in-laws, Joann Paprocki, Kathy Geib (Doug), Bruce Kozik, Joe Paprocki (Lisa) and Mike Paprocki (LaRaine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
