He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kaminski and Isabelle Kaminski (Verbonse); his daughters, Nicole, Allyson and Kristin; his nephew Peter; and his daughter-in-law Jaymee.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Allyson, Jacob, Elijah, Kaiden, Allayna, Matthew Jr., Dustin and Isabelle; his brother Richard Kaminski (Patricia) of Kenosha; and his nieces, Katie Kaminski and Jeanne George.
