He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gudwer and Joan Gudwer (Trombley); his father-in-law Cecil Wery; and his grandson Jace Botsford. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn (Wery); his sons, Tom (Beth) and John (Julie); his grandchildren, Brooke Perry (Tony), Michele Humpula (Seth), Emily Ceric (Mersad) and Kade Botsford; his great grandchildren, Elodie, Isla Perry, Leo Humpula, Forrest and Lena Botsford; his siblings, Julie Elliott (Mike), Jeff Gudwer (Kathy) and Jim Gudwer (Tina); his aunts, Carol McGonagle (Joe), Rita Gudwer, Mary Trombley and Lorraine Gudwer; his mother-in-law Lillian Wery; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Lehtikangas, Jerry Wery (Kim), Louis Mery (Maud) and Gordon Wery (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
