He was predeceased by: his parents, James Scott Sr. and Mary Jo Forsyth (Martin); and his brother George Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife Denise; and his children, Brent Forsyth (Meriah) of Menominee, Crystal Forsyth (Pat) of Gladstone, Ann Forsyth of Rapid River and Sarah Marshall (Matt) of Coleman, MI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
