Though Elwood may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elwood leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Stigall and Flora Belle Stigall (Briggs); and his wife Ruth. He was also cherished by five children; and many grandchildren.
