He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Lewis and Louise Lewis (Ferrington); his wives, Dorothy Matt and Kathy; his brother Stephen Lewis (Jan); and his granddaughters, Cora Louise Raney and Rachel Elizabeth Browne.

He is survived by: his children, Carol Leece (Heidi), Linda Raney (Tony), Debbie Van Gemert (Doug), Barbara Rose (Tom), Danielle LeBeau (Michael), Nancy Poynter (Kiyoshi) and Jim Schutz (Sandy). He is also survived by 78 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great greatgrandchildren.
