She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving "Tubby" Anderson and Margaret Anderson (Alquist); and her former husband Tom Gibbons. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Gibbons of L'Anse and Tom Gibbons (Amanda) of Iron Mountain; her grandchildren, Shawn, Thomas, Ava, Morgan and Ryan Gibbons; her fiancé John Bovin; her partner's children, Becca and Jonathon; her siblings, Leonard (Maggie), Timothy, Bill Anderson (Lisa), Geri Hammond (Mike), Bonnie Anderson (Lee) and Jeannie Hellman (Steve); and her pets, Daisy and Lily.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the ALS Foundation in hopes that a cure can be found for this terrible illness.
