He is survived by: his mother-in-law Roberta Polkinghorn; his wife Roberta of Ogontz; his children, Sharon Bollfrass (Karl) of Cottage Grove, MN, Kevin Bartlett (Kathleen) of Arlington Heights, IL, Carol Pal of Lindenhurst, IL, Claudia Messner of Escanaba, Teresa Taylor of Skokie, IL and Nancy Bartlett of Chicago, IL; and his sister Patricia Kallsen of South Bend, IN. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
