He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gehrt and Lois Gehrt; and his sister Carol Joyce (Walter E. Dust). He is survived by: his sister Gayle Fuller-Steffel (Bill); his nieces, Jennifer Fuller (Tom) and Amy Steffel (Chris); his great-nephew Alex "AJ" Fuller (Kaley); and his great-niece Aubrey Popovic.
