He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Baggs and Florence Baggs (Smith); his wife Gloria Baggs; his children, Pamela Hamminga (Rick), Roberta Cottrell and James Watrous; and his sisters, Nancy Rozumny and JoAnn Skipski. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
