He is survived by: his wife Nita O'Brien; his children, Erin O'Brien, Shannon O'Brien, Renee O'Brien, Michael O'Brien (Ashley) and Tina Mathis; and his sisters, Shana O'Brien and Kelli O'Brien. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; five nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews.
