She was predeceased by: her parents, Percell McGovern and Fern McGovern (Jeffs); her husband C. D. Doug Stephenson; her brothers, Hugh and Mike McGovern; and her sons, Gary, Scott and Pete Stephenson.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Deater (Jim) of Rapid City and Lynn Black of Flushing; her grandchildren, Amy Sutkowi (Wes), Chris Black (Kathleen), Mark VanStee (Shelley), Bret Tremblay, Brook Rector (Rex), Alyssa Stephenson, Jessica Soloman (Brian), Kelsey Caballero (Tito), Michael Stephenson, Kayla and Dean Werthman; her great grandchildren, Sydney Tremblay, Ryanne Draper, Adrian Draper, Gavin Draper, Madix Feeman, Evan and Jason Soloman; and her great great grandchildren, Alayna Draper and Kayson Riegler.
