He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth "Liz" Christensen (Hupp); and his grandfather Theodore Hupp. He is survived by: his father James Christensen; his wife Donna; his stepchildren, Jake Borden (Angie), Stacie Carne (Dan) and Grant Borden; his stepgrandchildren, Kassidy, Chase, Jaxon, Landon and Hunter; and his sister Amy Fiorucci. He is also survived by many other close friends and family.
