He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Wales (LaPointe); his stepchildren, Paul LaPointe of Quinnesec, Cheri LaPointe of Quinnesec and Nicole Gasper (Joe); his niece Amy Wales of Lakeview, MI; and his grandchildren, Naya and Elli Gasper.
