She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Miller and Minnie Miller (Bradley); her sons, Devin and RJ Cook; her grandsons, Jacob and Jason Cook-Houvener; her daughter-in-law Brandy Cook; and her siblings, Orville, Mitchell "Mickey", Jerry, Loretta, Billy and Jeffery.
She is survived by : her husband Brian Cook; her children, Penny Moody, Barry Cook, Allen Cook, Josh Cook, Adam Cook (Maryi Roxanne), Silas Stevens (Kimberley), Jenny Houvener (David), Amy Cook (Jim), Mary Cook, Michelle McGill, Gabby Stevens and Lexus Cook; her grandchildren, Mercedes Smith (Jordan), Kelsey, Travis Cook, Kaisha Jackson, Kyler, Chevelle Houvener, Ezra Stevens, Benjamin Romine, Riley Johnson and Dewayne Chatfield; her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Miller, Raymond Miller, James "Jim" Miller (Deb), Donnie Miller and Sharon Robbins; and her close friend Laura Gropp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
