She was predeceased by : her parents, Milford Mullins and Della Mullins (Tackett); her husband Cisco Allen; her siblings, Margie Isaac, Landis Mullins, Lora Joyce Caudill, Rosella Mullins and Luther Mullins; her daughter Rita Crum; and her grandchildren, Sabrina Crum and Mitchell Holbrook.
She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia Holbrook (Herb) and Diane Allen; her siblings, Russell Mullins and Irene Johnson; and her grandchildren, Tina Johnson, Joe Hopkins, Brad, Brandi Holbrook, Misty Crum, Seana Allen, Mylee, DeNel Bowser, Caley Hopkins, Chaz Hopkins, Charlie Johnson and Kathy Johnson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
