He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L. and Juanita Urick Sr. (Tiejma); his brother Douglas Urick; and his granddaughter Kassandra Kirt. He is survived by: his children, Dena Urick of Three Rivers, Tammy Vantine (Mitchell) of Elkhart, Christine Millar (Dwight) of Mendon, Erin Avery (Mike) of Quincy, Tracee Kirt (Brian) of Quincy and Karl Smith (Tina) of Montgomery; and his sister Corkie Wallen (Jack) of Colon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
