He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Steury and Anna Steury (Schwartz); his wife Anna Mae Brandenberger; his son Jerome Steury; his siblings, Rudy, Henry, Amos, Martin, Elmer, Aaron, Joeseph and Susan; and his son-in-law Neal Eicher.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Steury (Katherine), James Steury (Mary), Michael Steury (Rosie), Jake Steury (Irene), Steve Steury (Catherine), Leann Eicher (Reuben) and Irene Steury (John) of Michigan; and his brother Samuel Steury of Shipshewana, IN. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 175 great-grandchildren, 28 great-great-grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 42 step-great-grandchildren.
