She was predeceased by : her parents, Adam Otfinowski and Josephine Otfinowski (Kustra); her husband Joseph Szymusiak; her daughter Barbara Mutnick; and her sister Josephine.
She is survived by : her caregiver Corp; her sons, Paul Szymusiak (Sue) of Farmington Hills and Jim Szymusiak (Monica) of Dexter; her son-in-law Alan Mutnick of Cooper City, FL.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Tennant (Rob) of Bellbrook, OH, Joseph Szymusiak (Heather) of Wheaton, IL, Mike Szymusiak (Rachel) of Indianapolis, IN, Dr. John Szymusiak (Betsy) of Pittsburgh, PA and Dr. Rachel Albrecht (Max) of North Liberty, IA.; and her great grandchildren, Luke Szymusiak, Matt Szymusiak, Kate Szymusiak, Lila Albrecht and Josie Szymusiak.
