He is survived by : his wife Theodora "Teddy" Etheridge; his son Kirk Sinclair; his granddaughter Samantha Sinclair; his aunt Margaret King; and his sister-in-law Karen Wood.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Branch County Fair for Antique Tractor events or the Quincy Library.
