He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kotila and Florence Kotila (Wellems); his wife Jean Kotila; his son Thomas; and his great grandchild Serenity.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Kotila (Kathleen) of Fenton, MI, Larry Kotila (Joan) of Quincy Location, Kim Puuri of Hurontown and Jeanine Kotila (Thor Bentley) of Iron River. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren: 20 great grandchildren: 4 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
