He is survived by: his girlfriend Regina Vernon; his children, April Manikham (David), Christine Sisson (Shawn), Thomas Jr. (Amber), Sara Cullum, Steven Cullum and Justin Cullum; his grandchildren, Justine, Dakota, Alic, Alexis, Kyle S., Morgan, Kyle M., Joseph, Maddison, Wyatt, Kamren, Hillary, Ariel, Aydian, Kailee, Kielee, Audrey, Mason, Breanna, Catlynn, Hannah, Dalton and Justin Jr.; his sisters, Barbara Perrin (Leister), Judy Latchaw, Deborah Saintz and Ruth Zurosk (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Leah and Ella.
