She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pensinger and Phyllis Pensinger (Gould); her son Shawn Pensinger; and her siblings, Nelda Rice and Dott Washegesic.
She is survived by: her close friend Rich Ponstein; her children, Phillip O'Flynn (Tina), Jessica Stratton, Kristin Davy (Johnathon) and Michael J. Vaughn; her sisters, Betty Herrera (Denny), Becky Roberts and Carla Cagle; and also, Mari Joe Degraf (Matt), Michael Ponstein (Jennifer) and Nick Ponstein (Stephanie).
