She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Sumners and Drucilla Sumners (Thomas); her daughter Elizabeth Munjoy; and her brothers, Wilburn and Wayne Sumners.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Bury; her children, Cindy McDade (Joe) of Pullman and David Munjoy of Allegan; her siblings, James Sumners of South Haven, Michigan, Emma Sue Harn (Dave) of South Haven and Carolyn Sumners of Pullman; and her grandchildren, Toni Ledesma, Nicole Munjoy, Corrina Sheridan (Brian) and Stacy Morrison (Danny).
